It is used as a top coat for protecting steel structure on the middle layer of epoxy zinc-rich primer and epoxy mica iron anti-rust paint. It is used as a high-performance protective coating for steel structure in contact with alkaline gas, reinforced concrete surface and water tank, floating roof of oil tank, etc.

It is recommended that the number of coating routes be sprayed 2, the thickness of the dry film is 100 m, and 3 of them should be painted or rolled.
H06-4 epoxy zinc-rich antirust paint is used as primer, 842 epoxy mica iron antirust paint as intermediate paint, or other two-component epoxy antirust paint.
The surface paint should be completely dry until all the oil and dirt on the paint film are removed.
Under construction conditions, the substrate temperature should be higher than 3 C above dew point; when the temperature is lower than 5, the reaction between epoxy and curing agent stops and outdoor construction is unsuitable. If it is necessary to continue construction under conditions that do not conform to this, it should be solved by indoor or tent, heating surface or forced ventilation drying with hot air; the relative humidity is not more than 85%.
